By accessing or using the website yuvarejuvenation.com or availing any services provided by Yuva Rejuvenation ("Clinic", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

Yuva Rejuvenation is a premium skin and dermatology clinic located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. We offer a range of dermatological and aesthetic services including but not limited to:

• Medi Facials (Hydra Facial, Meso Glow, Carbon Peel, etc.)
• Hair Restoration (PRP, GFC, Exosome Therapy, Hair Transplant)
• Radiofrequency Therapy (Morpheus MNRF, RF Skin Tightening)
• HIFU Treatments (Non-Surgical Facelift, Body Contouring)
• Laser Treatments (Laser Hair Removal, Tattoo Removal, Laser Toning)
• Anti-Aging Treatments (Botox, Dermal Fillers, Thread Lift)
• Derma Surgeries (Ear Lobe Repair, Mole Removal, Scar Revision, etc.)
• Personalised Dermatological Consultations
• Wellness Drips (IV Infusion Therapy)

All treatments are performed by qualified, licensed medical professionals under the supervision of our Medical Director.

Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointments can be booked via phone call, WhatsApp or through our website contact form.
• We request a minimum of 4 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in requiring advance confirmation for future appointments.
• Walk-in patients are accommodated based on availability and may experience waiting times.
• Clinic hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Sunday consultations are by prior appointment only.

Medical Consent

Before undergoing any treatment or procedure, you will be required to provide informed medical consent. This includes:

• Disclosure of your complete medical history, ongoing medications, allergies and any pre-existing conditions.
• Acknowledgment that results may vary from person to person and are influenced by individual factors such as skin type, age, health and adherence to post-treatment care.
• Understanding that all medical and cosmetic procedures carry inherent risks, which will be explained to you before treatment.
• Agreement to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by our medical team.

Treatment Results & Expectations

While we use the latest FDA-approved technologies and medical-grade products, individual results may vary. Yuva Rejuvenation does not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment or procedure.

Before-and-after photographs displayed on our website and social media are of actual patients (with their consent) and are for illustrative purposes only. Your results may differ based on your individual profile.

Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results depending on the treatment. Your doctor will discuss the recommended treatment plan during your consultation.

Payment Terms

• All treatment charges are payable at the time of service unless a package or instalment plan has been agreed upon in advance.
• We accept cash, UPI, debit cards, credit cards and net banking.
• Treatment package prices are valid for the duration mentioned at the time of purchase. Unused sessions from packages may have an expiration period as communicated at the time of purchase.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings with advance payment will be honoured at the quoted price.
• All applicable taxes (GST) are included in the displayed prices unless otherwise stated.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Consultation fees are non-refundable.
• For treatment packages, refunds may be issued for unused sessions at the clinic's discretion, subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the package value.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the last treatment session.
• No refund will be issued for treatments already performed, regardless of subjective satisfaction with results.
• Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 15–30 business days to the original payment method.

Photographs & Media

With your explicit written consent, we may take clinical photographs before, during and after treatment for medical records. These photographs may be used for educational, marketing or promotional purposes only with your separate written consent.

You may withdraw your consent for marketing use of your photographs at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of use based on consent before its withdrawal.

Website Usage

• All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, design and code — is the intellectual property of Yuva Rejuvenation and is protected by copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
